Peak 313 challenge and a new Challenge!

So it's Week 3 of the 21 days to a Hunger-Free {and healthy} Holiday! And this past week I didn't get to do it. But today is a new day! And here we go! I'm also doing a FYM Holiday Challenge and am getting excited can't wait to go home and workout. Working out during the Holiday seaSon is definitly a challenge, but I like challenges.

So this Final week in Peak 313 she is talking about the Bread, the bread of life Jesus. And here she is asking us this....

I’d love to hear from you. At what point in your life did you realize that Jesus was the bread–the fulfillment–of what you needed? How did that impact how you shared with others? How did that impact what you turned to to replenish your soul?

I remember one time in my walk about 8 years ago, that I truely felt that He was the bread of my life. I had just had my baby and my husband had just quite his job because he could no longer work due to a disability. There was no income coming in that would even meet all of our bills. What I had coming in was short term disability and for those of you who work and have had that it's only about a couple hundred a week mine was less than that. But what we had coming in different even measure to what needed to go out. My husband had just had his surgery I had just had the baby c-section, we were a mess and poor. But I knew that God would supply our every need, our food, our provisions. And can I tell you he did meet it and more. We would receive envelopes with generous offerings in it, without them even knowing our situation they just said God laid it on their heart. It was truely when I knew that God was our bread of life, He was the only one that could provide for our every need spiritual and physical. That was the closest we had been to the Lord, and I loved being that close to Him. I was able to share that with others to give them hope during their trying times. It was a blessing to share it with them, even the unsaved. God never seizes to amaze me, He always will provide for us. If He loves and provides for the sparrows how much more will He for us!

Blessings and thanks for stopping by!
